WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
At Euphorium, we know you’re counting down the days until your next rave so we work hard to get your order to you fast and reliably.
Same Day Dispatch on order placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, on Friday or over the weekend go out on Monday.
Standard Post – NSW metro & major cities: 2–4 business days.
Express Post – NSW metro & major cities: 1–2 business days.
Standard Post – Interstate: 3–6 business days to metro areas, longer for regional/rural.
Express Post – Interstate: 1–3 business days to metro areas; regional/rural may take longer.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Free standard delivery on Australian orders over $150. Standard shipping is $9 and express is $13 on most orders. Bulky or heavy orders may cost more; the rate shows at checkout

Yes, we ship worldwide. For customers in the EU and US, any applicable import duties and tariff fees are calculated and added at checkout. This helps your order clear customs smoothly and avoids unexpected fees on delivery.

RAVE TIP
We recommend placing your order at least 1 week in advance (2 weeks for international orders) to ensure it arrives in time. For last minute orders, be to sure grab express postage!
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Changed your mind? Free returns within Australia. Let us know within 14 days of delivery, we email you a prepaid label, and you get the item price back or a swap posted free. Sale items are final sale unless faulty. Faulty or wrong item? We cover everything, wherever you are. Full details on our Refunds & Returns page. Not available on international orders.
